Headquartered in Sylva, North Carolina, BalsamWest FiberNET operates a first-class fiber optic network in the rapidly expanding region between Atlanta, Knoxville, Asheville, Charlotte and Greenville.

Our founding members, Drake Enterprises and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, invested the necessary resources to provide open access to Next Generation Carrier Grade infrastructure to allow for light speed access to and from our region.
